Changing your mind.
You have fourteen days from the day a subscription starts to withdraw from it, for no reason at all. In practice the trial covers exactly those fourteen days and costs nothing, so most of the time there is nothing to get back — the terms set out how that works.
The short way
Cancel from Account in the app, or write one sentence to matyasherrmann@gmail.com saying you are withdrawing. Either is enough. The law asks for an unequivocal statement and does not ask for a particular form of words, so a plain sentence is a complete withdrawal and we will treat it as one.
Directive 2011/83/EU Article 11(1). We may not require you to use the form below, and we do not. It is here because Article 6(1)(h) says you must be given it, and because some people would rather send something that looks like a document.

Copy this, fill it in, and send it to the address or the email below. Nothing here needs to be printed or signed unless you are sending it on paper.

Directive 2011/83/EU, Annex I(B). Your account code — the FV-XXXX-XXXX under Account — identifies you faster than an address does, if you would rather not write one down.
What happens then
We refund what you paid within fourteen days of hearing from you, by the same means you paid with. If you withdraw during the trial there is nothing to refund, because nothing was ever taken.
Withdrawing ends the contract. It does not delete your account — that is a separate thing you do yourself, and the policy says exactly what it removes.
