What Rocky does
In its own words, on rocky.ai/digital-coach: “Rocky helps individuals identify their goals and then follows up each day”
In its own words, on rocky.ai/life-coach: “offers daily micro-coaching sessions to help you gain clarity on your thoughts”
Rocky is an AI coach with short coaching sessions every day. Its Google Play listing names goal tracking with reminders, chat history and AI memory, and its App Store notes say you can listen to Rocky in six voices during the chat. It also sells coaching to companies. In the App Store it is called My AI Coach - Rocky.
What Forvel does
Forvel is built around one plan. You talk a week through with the coach and pick one thing to do or stop, kept on a card in your own words. You hold a ring each time you do it, and a week is kept when it reaches your target; a missed day never takes a rep away. Once you agree, the coach reads your last two weeks, your moods, the urges you rode out and how the plan changed, so you don't have to explain them. It asks more than it tells and quotes your own words back.

| Free | The first week, with no card, and two more weeks once you add one. | A free plan with limited coaching, and a week of free AI coaching sessions with no credit card. |
