Who wrote this, and how

Forvel’s maker wrote this page, and Forvel is one of the products on it. So that the page can be checked rather than trusted, every fact about another product comes from that product’s own website or app store listing, linked under it, read on 10 October 2026. App Store prices are from the US store and can differ in yours. The products are in alphabetical order, and nothing here says which one is best: that depends on what you want from it. Which one fits

If you want to pay nothing, ChatGPT and Claude have free plans and you can ask either to coach you; Committo is free for up to five commitments, and Rocky has a limited free plan. If you want to write and have it reflect back, Rosebud is a journal first. If you want check-ins on several commitments at once, Committo is built for that. If you want short coaching sessions every day, that is Rocky’s shape. If you want the app to lead the conversation, Hapday says that is what it does, and Tony Robbins AI says it asks questions before it answers. If you want one thing a week, held in your own words, with a ring to log it, that is Forvel.

Whichever you pick, what the trials of AI coaching found is worth knowing first, and if you go with a general assistant, how to use ChatGPT as a life coach sets one up to hold a plan.
