The coach
It asks more than it tells
Tell it about a decision, or a week that went sideways, by voice or by typing. It asks what happened and what got in the way before it suggests anything, and when you settle on something, it uses your sentence rather than rewriting it.
The plan card: your one thing, in your words
You hold one thing at a time: what, when and how often, something to start or something to stop. Today shows it in the words you used. When the plan needs to change, you talk it through, and the coach remembers how it changed.
What it remembers about your days
Once you’ve agreed to it, it reads your last two weeks: the moods you picked, the urges you rode out, the weeks you paused and how the plan changed, and it brings them up when they matter. On the Memory page under You, you can challenge any line it has worked out about you, and change or clear the answers it goes on from when you started.
What it will never do
It isn’t a therapist or a doctor, and it can’t diagnose or treat anything. If you’re struggling, it shows you where to find people who can help. Every reply is written by an AI model, and the privacy policy names the company that runs it.
