Everything that shipped, on the day it shipped, including every change to the privacy policy and the terms. Nothing here is a plan — a roadmap in a changelog is a promise in the one document whose value is that it only holds facts.
How often we are wrong is now a page anybody can read
The app writes sealed claims about people: it says what it expects, seals the content and the thing it will be measured against, and opens the envelope on a fixed date with no notification and no button. Whether each one held or turned out wrong is now published at /methods, added up across everybody, counted separately per kind of claim. What your claim said, what it was measured against, when it opened and that it was yours all stay where they were. The breakdown is withheld entirely until ten claims of the same kind have opened, because below that a rate is one person's fortnight. The page also says how the machinery works: why the envelope is sealed, why the bar is written before we look and cannot be moved afterwards, why no language model is anywhere near a verdict, and why a claim whose data never arrived is filed as exactly that instead of being quietly counted as a win.

We count how many people reach each step, and nothing about who
The privacy page used to open with 'No analytics'. It now says what is actually true, which is narrower and worth reading: there are still no trackers, no advertising and nothing going to a company that measures people for a living, and we do now count how many people opened the site, pressed Start, finished the introduction and put a card in. A count is one row per step per day holding a name, a date and a number, plus one word naming where a link was posted when the link said so. There is no cookie in it, no address, no account, no device, and not the page you came from. Two people who did the same thing on the same day are the same row. It cannot be joined back to you because there is nothing in it to join on, and that is a fact about the table rather than a promise: the build fails if a column that could identify you ever appears in it.

The door is open, and the first window waits on your address
Signing up no longer needs a code. A code still does something if you were given one, which is take an amount off the first bill, and it is the last field on the form rather than the first. One thing changed with it: the free first window now waits until you open the link in the confirmation email. Enrolment, the introduction, the wheel, the check-in and your own record do not wait on anything, so a mistyped address costs you the coach answering and nothing you have written. There is a button to send the link again on the page itself. The reason for the wait is that the code used to be what kept the free window finite, and with the door open, proving the address is the cheapest thing that does the same job without asking for a card.

A document you can ask for, and a list your account is not on
There is now something to read at /what-survives: claims the self-improvement industry repeats, each with a verdict and the number that decides it. Three of them are public and the rest go to an address that asks for one. Nothing is sent until you confirm from the first email, and the sentence you agreed to is kept rather than a tick. That list and your account are separate tables and an address never moves between them, so giving us one does not put you on the other. Every email from it has a one-press unsubscribe that needs no sign-in. It is laid out rather than plain text, and open tracking and link rewriting are switched off on the domain it sends from: no pixel, and no link redirected through us.

A second step when you sign in, if you want one
You can now turn on two-factor authentication in your account: signing in asks for a six-digit code from an authenticator app as well as your password. It is off unless you turn it on. You get eight single-use recovery codes when you do, shown once — they are the way back in if the phone is gone, and we keep hashes of them rather than the codes. The secret behind your codes is encrypted in the database like the things you write.

The withdrawal form, and where to take a complaint
The right to withdraw within fourteen days was already in the terms; the form the law says you must be given was not, and now it is at /withdrawal. Any clear statement still counts and the form is never required. The terms and the imprint also now name the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, which handles consumer disputes out of court for free.

A way to tell us something is wrong
There is now a report form in the coach, in your account and in the footer. What you write in it is a new thing we hold, so it is a new purpose under the policy and this is a new version of it. The text is encrypted like everything else you write, it reaches nobody outside this machine, and it is deleted with your account.

Your account has a name you can say
Every account now has a short code — FV-XXXX-XXXX — shown on the report form. It exists so you can identify your account to us without typing your email address into anything.

Payment, and a processor in Ireland
Subscriptions are taken through Stripe. Your name, email and billing address reach Stripe Payments Europe in Ireland and the United States. Nothing about what the coach holds changed.

The first window is free, and there is a way back in
You can use the coach for a while before deciding to pay. A forgotten password can now be reset from a link in your email, which this had never had.

You can talk to it
Hold the button in the composer and speak. The audio reaches our own machine and no further — it is transcribed there and never sent to anybody else — and you read what it heard before it sends.
